Grilled Grape Kabobs with Bocconcini

Serve these quick and easy-to-make skewers as an appetizer, snack or side dish.

36 Good 4 U Fresh Fruit Crimson Seedless Red Grapes
24 mini bocconcini balls or 1-inch cubes of mozzarella cheese
12 wooden skewers, soaked
2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch salt
4 tsp honey
Fresh cracked pepper



  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Thread 3 grapes and 2 bocconcini on each skewer; brush with oil and sprinkle cheese with salt.
  2. Grill skewers, turning to prevent cheese from sticking, for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until bocconcini start to melt. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pepper; serve warm.


Tip: Sprinkle with chopped fresh mint.
Serve over a fresh green salad.
